Keep your Gulf company active, compliant and ready to operate

Registered office, corporate secretary, accounting, VAT and recurring compliance coordinated through one accountable team in Bahrain.

After incorporation

The company must remain usable

A Commercial Registration is only the beginning. The real work is keeping the entity in good standing while the business changes around it.

Addresses expire, authorised people change, transactions require records, tax filings recur and ownership information must remain accurate. When these workstreams are handled separately, deadlines are missed and the bank, regulator and accounting records begin to tell different stories.

One operating record

We coordinate the company particulars, governance, books and filing calendar so that the legal entity remains consistent across authorities, banks and counterparties.

Four maintenance pillars

Use one service or connect the full cycle

Each workstream can be engaged separately. For operating companies, combining them produces better records, clearer responsibility and fewer last-minute filings.

A working compliance calendar

Maintenance is a sequence, not one annual reminder

The exact deadlines depend on the jurisdiction, legal form, licence, financial year and activity. We build the calendar around the company rather than forcing every entity into one template.

Continuous

Record changes

Ownership, managers, address, authorised people, contracts and corporate decisions.

Monthly

Close the books

Bank reconciliation, transaction support, management reporting and issue tracking.

Periodic

File returns

VAT and other applicable filings according to the company's registered obligations.

Annual

Renew and report

Commercial registrations, licences, accounts, governance and statutory updates.

Change events matter as much as fixed dates. A new shareholder, manager, office, business activity or banking mandate can trigger immediate documentation and notification work.
How the engagement works

From scattered tasks to one controlled process

01

Review the company

Check the CR, licences, owners, managers, address, books and outstanding obligations.

02

Build the responsibility map

Assign each filing, record and approval to a named owner and escalation route.

03

Create the calendar

Combine recurring deadlines with event-driven company changes.

04

Maintain and report

Complete the work, preserve evidence and provide a clear status view.

GCC operating context

One team, jurisdiction-specific obligations

Corporate maintenance is not interchangeable across the Gulf. We coordinate the common operating system while applying the correct local process.

Questions

Run and maintain services

Scope depends on the company, jurisdiction and current state of the records. We start with a review before taking responsibility for recurring work.

Can we use only one of the four services?

Yes. Registered office, secretary, accounting and compliance can be engaged separately. We will identify any dependencies that need coordination with your existing providers.

Can you take over an existing company?

Yes, subject to a handover review. We check the current corporate records, licences, books, filings and outstanding issues before confirming the ongoing scope.

Does the service include government and third-party fees?

Not automatically. The proposal separates our recurring work from authority fees, audit, legalisation, tax, licence and other third-party costs.

Will you remind us before every deadline?

For obligations included in the agreed scope, we maintain the calendar and request information in advance. The client remains responsible for providing complete and timely records.

Can you coordinate with our auditor, bank and group finance team?

Yes. A central part of the service is keeping the corporate, banking and accounting information consistent across stakeholders.

Take control of the maintenance cycle

Tell us what is already handled and where the gaps are

Send the jurisdiction, legal form, licences, financial year and current providers. We will prepare a scoped maintenance plan with clear responsibilities.
