Company formation FAQ

How long does company formation take in the Gulf?
It depends on jurisdiction: Bahrain is roughly 2–3 weeks to Commercial Registration, a UAE free-zone licence about a week, and Saudi MISA typically 2–4 weeks. We confirm the exact timeline for your activity on the first call.
Can I own 100% of the company?
In most cases, yes. Bahrain and UAE free zones allow full foreign ownership for most activities, and Saudi MISA enables it for qualifying activities. Some regulated activities differ — we check eligibility upfront.
Which jurisdiction should I choose?
It depends on your market, clients and tax position. If Saudi Arabia is the goal, many founders start via the Bahrain → Saudi route. We recommend honestly based on your case.
Do you handle banking and visas too?
Yes. Corporate banking and visas & residency are part of the same end-to-end hand-off.
