Set up, run and structure your Gulf business
Company formation, banking, residency, corporate maintenance and cross-border advisory delivered through one accountable team in Manama.
The entity is only one part of the system
A Gulf company works when registration, banking, people, records and commercial strategy fit together.
We do not treat incorporation as an isolated certificate. We begin with the activity, ownership, customer geography, payment flow and launch plan, then connect the relevant formation, maintenance and advisory workstreams.
Responsibilities, dependencies and exclusions agreed before execution.
Local coordination instead of a chain of disconnected referrals.
KYC preparation without guaranteed-account promises.
Address, records, books and renewals remain controlled.

Translate the commercial model into a licensed entity, viable banking file and appropriate residency route.

Three Gulf markets, different operating cases
We keep the geographic focus narrow: Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The correct market depends on customers, activity, capital, substance and the speed at which the business needs to scale.
Lean GCC operating base
Competitive setup, real Manama substance and close commercial access to Saudi Arabia.
Explore Bahrain →Direct access to the main market
MISA licensing, localisation, tax and operational requirements for companies ready to enter directly.

Explore the UAE →Local execution without the referral chain
Clients work with one English-speaking team that understands the structure and remains involved after incorporation.
Manama-based team
Real local administration and coordination rather than a remote sales layer.
Substance, not paper
Genuine addresses and operating records built to withstand practical review.
Honest about banking
We prepare a credible file but do not promise a bank's independent approval.
Lifecycle responsibility
The relationship continues through accounting, compliance and business changes.
Choosing the right service
If the requirement crosses several service lines, start with the commercial objective. We will map the dependencies rather than asking you to choose a package blindly.
Can you handle formation and ongoing maintenance together?
Yes. The company can move from formation into registered office, governance, accounting and compliance under one coordinated scope.
Do you guarantee a corporate bank account?
No. Banks make independent onboarding decisions. We select suitable institutions and prepare the ownership, source-of-funds and business evidence, but cannot guarantee approval.
Can we use only one service?
Yes. Each service can be engaged separately. We identify any dependencies with work handled by the client or another provider.
Do you work outside Bahrain?
Our core markets are Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Execution is coordinated from our Manama office with jurisdiction-specific processes and local support.
How is the final price determined?
Pricing depends on the jurisdiction, legal form, activity, owners, licences, documents and ongoing scope. The proposal separates government, third-party and professional fees.
